Who it's for
Creators who shoot 4K on an action cam, drone, or mirrorless camera and want storage they can trust not to fail mid-shoot.
Overview
A dependable, well-reviewed microSD card sized for 4K video recording on action cameras, drones, and mirrorless bodies, or just as extra Switch/phone storage. V30 and A2 ratings mean it keeps up with sustained 4K footage without dropped frames, and Samsung's 6-proof build (water, temperature, shock, and more) makes it a safe pick to leave in gear that travels.
Pros
- Real-world transfer speeds that live up to the 160 MB/s claim
- V30/A2 rating handles sustained 4K video without dropped frames
- 6-proof durability and a 10-year warranty inspire real confidence
- Includes a full-size SD adapter, so no separate purchase needed
Cons
- Not the cheapest 128GB card on the market — you're paying for reliability
- As with any microSD card, counterfeit listings exist elsewhere — buy from a trusted seller
What buyers say
517 ratings average 4.7/5, with 85% at 5 stars. Reviewers consistently confirm the card hits its rated speeds and holds up in demanding gear like drones and action cameras, with almost no complaints beyond general microSD counterfeit-market caution.
Handles 4K drone footage with no drops
Uses it in a drone for continuous 4K recording and says it has never dropped a frame or thrown a card-error warning, unlike a cheaper card they tried first.
Fast and reliable, exactly as advertised
Ran their own transfer speed tests and says the card matched Samsung's claimed speeds almost exactly, calling it a trustworthy step up from generic no-name cards.
Great card, just buy from Samsung or Amazon directly
Happy with performance and durability after months of use in a action camera, but warns other buyers to double check the seller since counterfeit microSD cards are common on other marketplaces.
